great overnight stopping in chiang rai. tongsiam exceeded my expectations. comfy room, central location, friendly staff. very handy rooftop facilities for laundry and eating. 10/10 would recommend for solo or group travelers.

During my recent transit stay in Chiang Rai, I found Tongsiam to be a convenient choice. The hotel's proximity to the nearest airport, just 8 km away, made it incredibly convenient for my short stay. Loved the location and helpful staff. The rooftop was a great spot to chill. The book of activities at reception was soooo exciting, it almost made me want to leave the hotel.almost.
Just a few ants crawling up the walls to keep me company. Who needs soundproofing anyway?

Close to attractions and quiet at night. Few people around, perfect to relax. Enjoyed reading and sleeping.
Slippery floors, made sure to take off my socks to avoid accidents! And the mattress was just a tad too hard for my delicate body.
